The company

Donation is the profession. Giving is personal.

Meet the people behind the platform — on the dock, at the food bank, in the field with the nonprofits we serve.

Mission & values

The new standard for enterprise donation.

Make donation the default for the world's excess product.

Simpli runs product donation for the world's leading brands — excess inventory in, verified impact out, everything between on the record.

01

Evidence

Every claim carries a number, a name, or a file. We honor the work by writing it down.

02

Operators

Software alone doesn't move a pallet. Every program ships with named people who answer for it.

03

Renewal

Nothing here is owned — certification, trust, the standard itself are earned again each year.

04

Dignity

Product reaches the people it was matched to, as product. Never a secondary market.

Founding thesis

We saw it from both sides.

01 · The supply side

We built and scaled supply chain companies — and watched good product destroyed, year after year, because there was nothing better to do with it.

02 · The receiving side

We had spent years on the receiving side too. The nonprofits we founded before Simpli delivered over $100M in humanitarian aid — we knew what it takes for product to land where it's needed.

Destruction was a default, not a decision. The world needed an operational layer for in-kind giving — and we were the team to build it.
