Cost & Funding

When brands have excess inventory, their alternative is often to landfill or incinerate it — which costs them money and can't earn a tax deduction. They pay Simpli to handle the donation instead. Because we're funded by the brand, your organization isn't charged for the product, freight, platform access, or support.
No. Products, freight, platform access, and support are all covered by the brands we work with. There are no membership fees, subscriptions, or hidden charges for charity partners.

Eligibility & Verification

In most cases, yes. We verify your 501(c)(3) status, mission, and distribution capacity during onboarding. If you're unsure whether your organization qualifies, book a call and we'll walk through it with you.
Once you complete the application, you'll go through Simpli's SimpliSecure vetting and verification process before gaining full platform access or receiving products.
If your application isn't approved, we'll notify you that we're unable to approve your organization at this time. For more information about eligibility criteria, reach out to nicole@simpli.supply.

Logistics & Operations

Yes. A charity must have a complete distribution center (DC) to be considered for an allocation. This is where pallets will be delivered and distributed from.
Room for a pallet — roughly a 4×4×4 ft cube. There's no minimum order quantity, so you control how much you take and when.
Yes — you control volume and cadence. No minimum order quantity, no monthly commitment, no penalty contracts. To pause, simply stop accepting shipments and give us a heads-up so we can reroute inventory to other partners. You can re-activate anytime.
We're unable to share the brand of the corporate donor before the donation is confirmed to go to your organization.

Getting Started

Onboarding usually takes around 15 minutes. Once you're set up and verified, MissionMatch™ will find the best-fit donation opportunity for your location and capacity.
All onboarded charities automatically receive a “New Donation Opportunity” email once an allocation is created that matches their profile. Make sure your profile is complete to stay eligible.

Commitments & Terms

The only ongoing obligation is the no-reselling rule — all goods must go directly to the people you serve. Beyond that, you complete a one-time verification. No minimums, no monthly commitments, no penalty contracts.
