Simpli Envoy Program

Want to build real skills, make a real impact, and get hands-on experience with a growing startup?

Simpli is launching its Envoy Program, and we're looking for driven students who want to gain business experience while giving back. Simpli helps companies donate excess inventory, keeping it out of landfills and getting it into the hands of people who need it. We've facilitated over $70M in donations to nonprofit organizations so far, and are looking for your help to continue to grow that number.

As a Simpli Envoy, you'll represent our brand by connecting directly with charities across the country, helping channel resources to communities that need them. You'll develop cold calling and client communication skills, gain real business exposure, and potentially earn a direct line into future product and strategy decisions, along with some great prizes along the way.

This is a real opportunity to build business skills that translate to any career. There's no minimum hour requirement, you work on your own schedule.

What You'll Do

• Cold call nonprofit organizations such as: food banks, shelters, youth programs, disaster relief orgs, and more, using a browser-based dialer
• Qualify and advance promising charity partners, building relationships that can lead to product placement
• Track your own progress, level up through our three-tier system, and compete for prizes
• Work directly with the Simpli team to flag what's working and help improve what isn't

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
• Strong conversational and relationship-building skills
• Genuine care for social impact
• A computer and a quiet place to make calls

Program Structure

• Fully flexible and fully remote, you set your own hours
• Three-tier progression: SDR → Account Executive → Campus Director
• Prizes tied to call volume and overall progress
