Simpli Fellowship

The Program

The Simpli Fellowship is a highly selective 10-week summer program at Simpli's New York City office. You'll join the team in person, work on real problems alongside full-time team members, and ship work that matters from day one.

This isn't a rotation program where you observe. You'll pick a track, own projects, and operate as a full member of the team for the entire summer.

Tracks

When you apply, you'll select your ideal focus area:

Product & Engineering

Build features, ship code, and shape the platform that enterprise brands and 550k+ charities depend on. You'll work directly with the CTO and engineering team on real product work — not side projects.

Growth

Help Simpli land and expand enterprise brand partnerships. You'll work directly with the CEO and Growth team on outreach strategy, pipeline development, and client-facing materials.

Impact

Grow and refine Simpli's charity network, coordinate donation logistics, and shape the charity experience on the platform. You'll work directly with the Impact team to expand the foundation that powers every donation.

What You'll Get

10 weeks in NYC working in-person at Simpli's office alongside the full team

What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (rising juniors and seniors preferred)
Demonstrated initiative — startups, student orgs, research, side projects, or anything that shows you build things without being asked
Strong alignment with Simpli's mission of turning excess into impact
Track-specific skills are a plus but not required — we value raw talent, drive, and the ability to learn fast
Willingness to be in New York City for the full 10-week program
