The Role
Videographers, editors, designers, and storytellers — join us on Impact Projects. You'll embed with our charity partners on the ground, capturing the real stories of communities receiving donations. Back in the studio, you'll shape that footage into the proof of impact that moves enterprise brands, consumers, and investors to action.
Simpli's creative work isn't marketing for marketing's sake. It's evidence. When a Fortune 500 CEO sees a video of their excess inventory arriving at a food bank in rural Mississippi, that's what turns a one-time pilot into a multi-year partnership. Your work is the bridge between logistics and belief.
What You'll Do
On the Ground
- Embed with charity partners during donation deliveries — capturing unscripted moments as communities receive products
- Conduct interviews with charity leaders, volunteers, and beneficiaries to tell the human story behind every donation
- Document the full impact journey — from warehouse pickup to community distribution
- Travel to impact sites across the United States for multi-day shoots (travel covered)
In the Studio
- Edit and produce impact content — short-form social clips, long-form brand partner videos, and documentary-style case studies
- Design visual assets — impact reports, brand decks, social graphics, and presentation materials
- Build and maintain a content library of impact footage, photography, and assets for the team to draw from
- Collaborate with Growth and Client Success to create brand-facing materials grounded in real, on-the-ground impact
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio that shows you can tell a compelling story — video, photo, design, or a mix
- Experience with video production (shooting + editing) — tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Strong visual design sense for static assets (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Comfort working independently in the field — you'll often be the only creative on-site
- Genuine interest in social impact, community stories, and mission-driven work
- Willingness to travel domestically for multi-day impact shoots
- Bonus: motion graphics, drone operation, or documentary filmmaking experience
