The Role

Own the relationship with Simpli's enterprise brand partners from onboarding through long-term growth. You'll guide clients through their first donation, help them build strategic giving programs, and ensure every interaction with the platform delivers measurable value — from inventory upload to impact reporting.

Simpli works with the world's leading brands to redirect excess products away from landfills and into communities in need. Our clients trust us with their inventory, their reputation, and their sustainability commitments. You'll be the person who earns and deepens that trust every day.


What You'll Do

  • Own the full client lifecycle — from onboarding and first donation through expansion and long-term partnership
  • Be the strategic advisor brands rely on: help them design giving programs, set donation cadences, select charity partners, and build internal buy-in for their sustainability initiatives
  • Drive platform adoption — train clients on Simpli's tools for inventory management, charity matching, logistics tracking, and impact reporting
  • Serve as the voice of the client internally — translate client needs into product feedback, process improvements, and operational priorities
  • Build and refine playbooks for onboarding, quarterly business reviews, and success milestones as the team scales
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Impact, Operations, and Engineering to ensure every donation is executed flawlessly
  • Surface expansion opportunities — identify moments where deeper engagement, new product lines, or broader charity partnerships can unlock more value for the client

What We're Looking For

  • Genuine passion for relationship-building — you care about people, not just accounts
  • Experience managing enterprise or mid-market client relationships (B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or logistics preferred)
  • Strong communication skills — you can present to a VP of Sustainability at a Fortune 500 and follow up with a warehouse manager the same day
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through — nothing falls through the cracks
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action — we're building the playbook as we go
  • Bonus: experience in sustainability, supply chain, or nonprofit sectors
